Few acts are driving trance back into the club with as much personality and impact as Trance Mums.
Known for their high-energy sets packed with euphoric synths, 90s rave nostalgia, and hard-hitting basslines, the duo channel the spirit of classic acts like ATB, Push, and Safri Duo, with a distinctly tongue-in-cheek edge. Formed across two hemispheres, Sebastian (Denmark) and Jesse (Australia) fuse their backgrounds into a sound that’s as playful as it is powerful.
With standout appearances at Teletech Festival, Teletech Berlin, XXL Malta, Mondo Disko, and Listen Out, alongside a stronghold at their home base Need2Freak on the Gold Coast, Trance Mums have quickly become fixtures in the global trance resurgence. Their releases on Berlin’s Polyamor, Australia’s Need2Freak Records, and their own imprint, Are We Having Fun Yet Records, have earned support from tastemakers including Boys Noize, Anetha, SPFDJ, Trym, and Hannah Laing.
